The intermediate programme is for students who have completed the Foundation Course and wish to progress deeper into the practice. Eligible students can join at any time in the course cycle.

Intermediate Course V


A practise course offering weekly guided sessions on Wednesday evenings plus weekend workshops – this will be an opportunity for students to integrate and embody the content from the previous courses, with less formal teaching or new content to process:

  • Qigong & Neigong – 6pm to 7pm
  • 37 Form & Bagua – 7pm to 8pm
  • Partnerwork, Pushing Hands & Bagua Applications – 8pm to 9pm
  • Weekend Workshops – Qigong, 37 Form, Partnerwork & Pushing Hands, Bagua Basics, Yoga & Meditation

Course Schedule


The course programme runs over a series of 12 week terms. The class schedule is as follows:

  • Wednesday Evening Classes – 7:30pm to 9pm (Partickhill)
  • Thursday Evening Online Class – 6:30pm to 8pm
  • Saturday Workshops – 11:30am to 1pm (plus occasional Sundays)
  • Includes Course Videos & Notes

Cost – £70 Monthly All-Inclusive  / £200 for 12-Week Block
