Student feedback from 12 Week Foundation Course

As a complete beginner, it’s very easy to get lost in the many concepts and styles of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Alan manages to keep things as straightforward as possible, with patience and good humour, and the 12 weeks have flown by. It’s entirely to his credit that I think I know now what I’m trying to do!  I would definitely recommend his foundation course to any beginner.” (F.M.)

“It was a truly enjoyable journey – fantastic and friendly atmosphere. Great learning experience! I particularly enjoyed the way of teaching and the video sessions – accessible whenever needed.” (K.P.)

“Alan’s 12 week course is very well thought out and structured. It’s suitable for total beginners but also has lots of scope for developing the practice over time. The online option and videos shared weekly are extremely helpful for keeping up with learning the form. It’s great value with weekend workshops included which cover additional aspects of the practice. Alan is a very knowledgeable teacher with a gentle presence and a good sense of humour. I can’t recommend his classes highly enough.” (E.F,)

“Amazing 12 week course, can’t recommend enough!” (A.L.)
