Heaven Man Earth Internal Arts International is the school of my Tai Chi teacher. It was founded in 2004 by Sifu Adam Mizner with the aim of propagating authentic internal arts for health, martial arts and spiritual development.

Since 2014, I have hosted workshops with Adam and his senior student Andy Mack. I also co-lead practice days with fellow teacher Jon Price in Glasgow and Birmingham.

These workshops and practice days provide an opportunity to train more intensively in solo practice and partnerwork, and go deeper into the Tai Chi syllabus – they also provide a friendly environment to meet and get hands on practice with more experienced practitioners, many of whom are teachers. They are suitable for keen beginners and experienced students alike.

A two-day intensive Taiji workshop with Andy Mack:

Andy Mack is a senior student of Sifu Adam Mizner and teaches Yang Style Tàijíquán, influenced by Huang Sheng Shyan and Yang Shouhou. He began his training in Australia and spent many years training and teaching intensively throughout Asia, Australia, Europe and the USA. Having lived in Thailand for many years, he is also a student in the Thai Forest tradition of Theravada Buddhism, which informs his approach to Tai Chi. Andy also runs workshops sharing methods from his meditation and healing experience –

This will be a great opportunity to train intensively with an exceptionally skilled Taiji practitioner and teacher. The workshop will be suitable for all levels of experience. Andy’s open approach to teaching and transmitting knowledge ensures that this weekend will give a boost to your practice, irrespective of your style or level of experience.
