What to bring to class:

Tai Chi can be practised in any comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. You can practise with or without shoes – flat soled shoes are generally better, as they help you feel the connection with the ground – please bring suitable indoor footwear if intending to practice with shoes on. You may also like to bring some water to drink during breaks.
